Embodied Rest ADvanced CPD
Continuing Professional Development (CPD)
A weekend deep dive into the Art of sharing Rest as an Embodied, Healing & Radical Practice
Each day will be deeply interactive & embodied, with practice, connection, workshop, discussion and exploration. 10% of all profits to be donated to the charity All Our Relations, because Rest is a political act.
Created and taught by Calli Popham & Flo Derounian
“In a society that glorifies busyness, rest is an act of defiance. Rest is a radical act of self-love and self-preservation. You are worthy of rest, simply because you exist.”
